You should read for fun. Here's why.

While working on their degree, students can gather dozens upon dozens of textbooks. After completing the course, those textbooks collect dust on the shelves among the very few books students, like myself have purchased to read for, surprise, fun.


Many of us associate reading with research, studying or some other activity that we'd rather not be doing. However, this isn't always the case and--by no means-- does it have to be. Reading for fun can remind us why we fell in love with reading in the first place.


Among the many reasons why we should all be reading for enjoyment, Cornerstone University remind us that reading can fuel our imagination, improve our writing and many other benefits.
